ARBOR DAY - SATURDAY, APRIL 28, 2012 Louisville Township will celebrate our fifth annual Arbor Day event on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 10:00 - NOON. More info will be forthcoming in the near future. This year we have an assortment of fruit trees for distribution on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will also have small trees available for kids to plant and bring home on Arbor Day. As always, a driver's license or cutility bill with your current address will be required as proof of Louisville residence before a tree will be handed out. There will be no exceptions. Please join us and consider planting a tree for Arbor Day this and every year. If you have any questions, please contact a town board member. Thanks. willl be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. |

UPCOMING BOARD MEETINGS: The February Regular Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Scott County Government Center in the County Board Room beginning at 7:00 PM. OPEN POSITION - SCOTT WMO WATERSHED PLANNING COMMISSIONThe Scott WMO Watershed Planning Commission will have a vacancy for the Shakopee Basin portion of the watershed starting in 2012. This is the area including O’Dowd, Thole and Schneider Lakes, and is approximately the area bounded by Hwy 169 on the west and north, ½ mile east of CR83 on the east, and CR14 on the south.
